THE ABKA IS BUILT ON THE MARRIAGE OF A STRONG CHRISTIAN WALK, HARD HITTING AND HARDER TRAINING.  WE USE KARATE TO GLORIFY GOD AND TO DEVASTATE OUR OPPONENTS WITH UNPARALLELED TECHNIQUE AND PURE HEARTS.

The ABKA karate system has evolved to incorporate many different forms of martial arts and the strengths they possess.  Human history offers us a wealth of rich martial arts traditions, which we now practically incorporate.  Many of our schools teach different styles of the martial arts and are equipping their students to handle most any life situation.  That being true, our system has historically been based upon strict standards passed down through the Japanese systems of Kyokushin-Kai Kan and Sei Bu Kan Shoto-Kan karate.  Our karate rank system requires mastery of the components of these traditions for promotion.
